Good but wasn’t great

I definitely had success using this app, however I did encounter some occasional errors. I hit bonus games on two different slots but the games froze when I tried starting the bonus rounds. It allowed me to play other slot games but wouldn’t allow me to use the ones that froze at the bonus game screen. Either way I won a decent chunk of money in a short period of time. I only played slots so I’m unable to rate the other games. The app was easy to use and their tech support was dependable.

Horrible Support, Hold up on Withdrawals

I’ve been with Harrahs for years and can tell you to avoid this casino at all costs. Horrible customer service, no response to emails and limited availability .. which is just the casino being frugal. They claim they have little customer service due to corona virus, but the truth is this is a NJ licensed casino and to use that excuse for 6 consecutive months is unacceptable. The NJ Casino Commission should revoke their operating license. Management simply does not care, and when you have withdrawal problems, good luck getting your money. Good luck getting a response or answer with regard to your withdrawal. It’s clear what is going on here, and this is coming from a long time player and supporter of the brand. They have fallen apart, won’t invest limited capital to answer customers and they will not be getting any additional chances. Shame on you Harrahs for how you tread your customers! To Harrahs Management: Don’t even respond to this review because you are only sorry you have someone pointing out what you have known for months ... you don’t respond to private emails and customers, but you will respond to public comments. Oh the hypocrisy! I hope your online casino gets shut down and I will be notifying the commission exactly what you are doing. You don’t deserve to operate this casino.

I am a long time, established online player in NJ. I have made withdrawals at the casino cage, to PayPal and to my bank. I am a Diamond player in their brick and mortar casinos.

HarrahsCasino now holds onto your withdrawals for almost a week or more before paying - and that includes PayPal withdrawals, which normally just takes a few hours at other casinos.

Emails go unanswered except for an automated response that they received your email.

You log in to check on the withdrawal status and you get a pop up trying to get you to reverse the withdrawal and keep playing. This is even after the two-day limit they claim they have to make reversals.

It is clear the intent of HarrahsCasino is to stall as long as they can before paying - they clearly no longer operate with the intention of treating the player with honesty and respect.

You have to wonder in what other areas have they changed. Have the games also tightened up?

Do yourself a favor and play on another online casino. The NJ DGE has a full list of online casinos to choose from.
