In order to assist, can you please email our support team (support@harri.com) with few details to help us troubleshoot your issue?

What type of mobile device are you using (ex: Apple iPhone 13)?
Is it running the latest OS on the device?
If not, what version is it running?
Have you completely uninstalled/deleted the app and then reinstalled it from your device's app store?
NOTE: Please ensure to completely delete the app, and not just offload it the cloud, as we need a fresh install of the app onto your mobile device.
If you have done a fresh uninstall/reinstall, is OK if we reset your password so we can test internally in an attempt to duplicate the issue under your login?

Simple - Easy - Efficient
This App brings a tremendous amount of value for managing my team. I am able to manage my team's schedule and time off requests on the fly. Having my cost of labor and revenue generation in real time accessible in my pocket is a dream come true. Thank you Harri!

Awesome app!
Great app, saves me a lot of hassle! I like how I can set up my employee’s shifts and alter them from a single place, avoiding the unnecessary chain of calls and messages. Kudos to the creator!
