You can pick up prints from any of our convenient locations in Iowa, Wisconsin or Illinois. No option to recall password

I went to register as a new user & it stated the e-mail address is already associated with an account. I entered the password I thought it would be, incorrect. It just takes me back to the long in screen with no option of "forgot password"
