It doesn't work on M1 Mac with Monterey 12.5.1.So I had an account but was needed to register a new one, which is what I did, but I couldn't switch to that new account in the app. Here's what I tried:1. I was logged in with my old account, then I tried to click Settings -> Switch Accounts, and the app was just crashing (tried to repeat a few times).2. I signed out in the app, but every time I tried to log in it was just hunging. It was acting like it doesn't see internet connection, even though I'm sure I had internet.3. I went to settings and cleared the cache. Not it seems that it started making some requests. I entered my new credentials, but it was complaining that email or password was invalid.4. I tried to sign back in with my old account using "Sign In with Google" button, but it gives me "We cannot find any accounts for ..."Reinstalling the app did not help

I’ve used Harvest to manage time for my consulting business. I wouldn’t be able to bill accurately without it - I’ve tried other apps and they aren’t as easy or as fully integrated with my other systems. The reminder when I start a timer and walk away can also remove unwanted time with a click. The reports give me info about how much time I’ve captured, how much has been invoiced or remains uninvited as well as my profit margins. The integration with my accounting system means I’m not doing dual entry in both systems, saving me time. I’ve also installed a third-party integration with my Stream Deck so I can start/stop timers for individual tasks and see a quick glance of my overall hours for the day.

Edit: A major update has fixed a lot of the bugs. The remaining annoyance is that it’s constantly not layered correctly with other windows. It get’s stuck on top of full screen apps all the time. I just want it to stay docked to the menu bar, but it is constantly disconnecting itself and floating around. Wen you click the “+” to add an entry, that pop-up is often behind the main app window. This seems like it should be pretty easy to get right. While this is better than the previous version, it’s still a hassle and should see updates and bug fixes more frequently. Isn’t that the promise of the subscription model? I added one star from my previous review for the improvements. **** Original review:The number of bugs in this and every other version of this app is enought to make me want to leave the service all together. Of course, there’s a barrier to exit, but one of these days when I have a bit of time, I’ll shut it down. I’ve contacted support directly and reported a lot of bugs spanning multiple versions, but they never get fixed. The app loses my information all the time, and that’s unacceptable. If you were thinking of signing up with harvest, don’t. There are better services out there.

This app is simple and gets the job done! Two concerns:1. I cannot figure out how to submit my time from the app. I appear to have to go to the website.2. More frustratingly, the timer window will stay on top of other active windows, and if you want to keep it in your menu bar, you can only access it while using your main monitor. Otherwise it becomes a floating window on your second monitor (when an app is full screen). I wish I could prevent it from being a window.
