App Gets Worse With Every Update
The biggest flaw and failure of the app and this business as a whole is the lack of communication regarding ordered items, billing, and shipping.
Many times over the last few years, I have not been given notice for a preorder charge, nor which item it’s for. Sometimes an email is sent out to let you know when an item is about to ship (and to make sure your address is correct), and sometimes it’s a complete mystery. The account page purchase history is largely inaccurate. Several of my shipped orders still show in progress. Cancelled orders should probably go under a separate header.
The page functionality has grown increasingly frustrating since the last overhaul, a little over a year or so ago. Navigating can be clunky.
It’s just not a fun app to use, which is disappointing for a toy app.
Almost completely broken
I’ve used this app for 4 years. They rarely fix issues & when there’s a new update sometimes it’s worse. I get glitches not just on the app but the website where I can’t order a hasbro pulse exclusive or get strange errors where I click on a product then it takes me there & says ‘product not found,’ & this happens sometimes even with entire product lines. These are all problems I’m currently experiencing. Currently, I can’t even log in. There’s no number for tech support & no way to contact them. Avoid at all costs. Just buy from another shop or on the secondary market. Definitely don’t pay for premium. I did the last 4 years & just cancelled because I hate the point if I can’t even log in?
every time they update it gets worse
they do this all the time, the app is more guiding you to what they want to sell you versus making it user friendly. the number of times I try to fix it so I can look for SPECIFIC ITEMS from a SPECIFIC BRAND and still have to click around is tiring. also will it kill you to accept Pay in 4 options? you keep raising the price on this stuff and Pay in part options that ALMOST every site uses to help with sales is done. also Your Membership isn’t worth it. pay 50 bucks for a year for theoretical free shipping and often I just end up cancelling preorders and buy elsewhere that offers free shipping. also a one or two hour window to preorder limited edition stuff is unreasonable for a membership.
