App is useless

Look at all other banks and their online banking has 4.5 stars and above.
Haverhill bank doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It is useless, doesn’t work, bill pay DOES NOT WORK, ridiculous!

A lot of things have changed with Haverhill bank

I have been a member for over 30 years. I am not as satisfied as I once was especially with if God for bid you have to call the bank and ask a question the Face ID on my mobile app has not been working for two months, and when I called and they just say that the real busy and I should try calling again.
