Login errors

My pin and user name is saved but at least once a week I have a login error! It’s a great app when it works tho. But the constant login errors drive me crazy!

Wish It had option to make a wish list so I can borrow later when I have time to read. Also wish it had an option to make my own user name since it’s always logging me out, I can never remember my user ID when I want to manually use a computer.

Also wish it had more suggestion features of books I might enjoy, like the Libby app.

LOVE THIS APP!

The fact that i can easily check availability, renew, or request holds on books is GENIUS! It makes me go to the library even more than ever. So long are the days of driving to the library only to be disappointed that they don’t have your book. Also knowing when the book is expected to be returned?! AMAZING! Everyone should have this app! Now only if they could add a WISH LIST so i can remember what books I eventually want to read vs asking for it to be put on hold but I’m not ready to read it when it becomes available. Added feature perhaps?! 😁

What do you mean, “login error”?(fixed nvm)

I have been using this system’s catalog for years, and I thought maybe the app would be more convenient then the website on safari since I check my acc quite often. I put in my barcode and pin, and there’s “login error”. I re entered it 20 times, no luck. I know it’s correct. Is this a glitch? (Reopened app, was able to login.)
