Worth it-even the free version 🙌🏽

Definitely worth it,, can look a bit cartoon-like or like you’ve just over done it with the filters, but the over-all quality it has for even the darkest and blurriest pictures where rather phenomenal in my opinion-

Still poor service

2 months ago I added a review of the lack of support but real quick to take your money. Well the response I got was, “we forwarded this to a different team but in the meantime email us and we will help you use this on your laptop”. Well after SEVERAL emails to rye same email I had been emailing all along STILL no response for assistance on using this on my laptop given I pay for this service.

Do not get me wrong I love the app and its features as it clears up pictures beautifully BUT this lack of support for a product I pay for and want to be able to use on my other device is ridiculous.

I hope you see this and just do not respond with the SAME communication of “email” us as I do not believe anyone even reads the emails! I hope I will get a resolution SOON so I can provide a better review but until then I guess I am stuck with 1 star and an empty wallet!

Can’t fix any images without an error message.

At its best it was pretty good but not the best AI enhancer I’ve used. It has a tendency to over-edit sometimes and turn photos almost cartoonish. Remini is the best I’ve used quality wise, but they’ve gone to the dark side and started charging for services that were once free. Not only that but Remini will sometimes fix the face and leave the body and background essentially untouched. Citrus at least tries to touch up the whole pic every time even if it doesn’t do a good job. Right now though it’s not working at all.
