The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Wholeheartedly recommend this app
I started meditating with Headspace 5 months ago. I needed help with managing my lifelong struggle with anxiety, issues with sleeping, and getting started with meditation. I really liked that they offered short 3 or 5 min meditations — I did them throughout the day at home and in my office. Full disclosure: I was going to therapy at the same time and had started anti anxiety medication. But Headspace was integral to my journey to feeling more stable and healthy. The app was a day-long companion in difficult times and gave me the mental space to help myself. For the first few months of meditating, I wasn’t very good at it (understatement), but I slowly got better. Some of the teachings (especially the video about running into traffic) even helped me in therapy.
I purchased the app to have full access about 1 month ago. (I moved to a new city and was worried about being in a foreign environment without my usual coping tools. I knew that if i bought the app, I would hold myself accountable to meditating as often as possible.) It’s been 100% worth it. It’s hard to describe fully but after all these months, I’m feeling more stable. Not all the time, of course. But I’m able to see beyond my issues and anxiety.
All this to say that I wholeheartedly recommend this app!!

I am a medical student and this app has been a really incredible tool for me in my journey on how to calm my thoughts, to be aware of my own narratives about myself and how my mind heated with the world. I used to get mad at myself (and still do sometimes!!) if I found my mind wandering during a meditation, but now I know just realizing that my mind is wandering is such a huge first step on the way to a less spastic and fragmented thought-to-thought jumping nature of mind. Just noticing is a key to being content and feeling peace. But it takes dedication! Amidst my sometimes wild schedule I always try to meditate once per day, and the “daily meditation”, 3 minute version is great. The amount of hours put in is important, but the regularity If a daily practice I think is extremely valuable, so stick with it, you can do it! If you make this a priority and fit it into your day no matter what you will notice a difference after a few weeks, a couple months. But I’ve had to learn to also be patient with myself, sometimes it’s 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. A great gift idea for a friend or loved one.
