This app is simply a tracker of measurements that you collect somewhere else and record it here. The only thing the phone detects is heart rate, but you’re left with the impression that it allows you to use your phone to measure other things. It doesn’t. And if you decide to buy the one year plan thinking it will measure these things, you can’t cancel the subscription and get a refund. I purchased just today and they got me with the full year subscription. Useless.

I have a cgm so I can already check my blood sugar I downloaded it just to see how bad it was it was a completely off it just puts you under the impression it’s correct by showing you normal blood sugar readings but it’s a cash grab that isn’t even worth the effort of testing it I truly despise this app and all the lies it stands on. Also half the reviews are fake it says it has a 4.3 percent rating but I only saw one review over a 1 there clearly paying people to write fake reviews

Don’t waste your money this takes no readings except your pulse. It does not do what it is advertised to do. It does keep track of your numbers if you feed it to it, but if you don’t feed them and you don’t get anything.
