Not fully baked

On the one hand lots of info. The recipes look good and the general information seems well laid out. But nothing works. Nothing that is supposed to sync syncs. At least not consistently and when it doesn’t it’s frustrating and unintuitive to enter manually if you even can. I’m already cranky when I wake up. It’s bad enough to have to stab myself every morning and wrestling with this app before breakfast is a horrible way to start the day.

Frustrating

Another revision: I finally got a call back days late with excuses and told I basically needed a new scale from manufacturer (the scale you sent me that is working). Your rep kept saying the scale wasn’t reading right. I kept correcting her that the weight wasn’t being imported correctly by your app and she kept blowing off it not importing my Fitbit info or the keto meter you sent me. Your “app” such as it is, needs serious improvements and your customer support staff needs some listening comprehension & customer support education. When she called back she was more concerned about having to close out the “ticket” than resolving my issues.
FYI I’m not requesting a new scale because your app cannot import information correctly.

Revision: So I called as requested and spoke to rep and submitted screen captures as requested. I was told I’d receive a call back by close of business today and what a surprise, no call back. App is slow and clunky. Doesn’t always sync readings of sync’d devices. When used on iPad, it doesn’t use the full screen. When sync’d to the weight scale, it doesn’t show the actual weight, it rounds up the decimal and if you have the scale that takes additional bio data, it does not display that data anywhere in the app. The “reports” it sends periodically are lacking. After diligently entering/uploading all this data daily, I can’t print a report to share with my doctor. So really what use is all this.

Worst health app available.

This app is a really hard to use version of my fitness pal. Nothing is simple, It take 4 or more times to get devices to sync. I am forced to use the app by my insurance company, or I’d delete. Meetings with the dietician are not available at convenient times, and the meeting platform is hard to stay connected to. You cant set up an appointment directly, so twice now my provider has said ‘you can have this one or that one’, I choose, and then get told my choice has already been taken. Also. I have missed messages because they come while I’m at work. I cannot just keep logging on every hour for the one time the message is important every 2 weeks. I honestly think this app was deliberately designed for CVS healthcare to be able to deny coverage of medication, because there’s no way to send feedback in the app or get help. Phone system is tied up so you’ll be on hold for more than 1/2 hour. DO NOT use if you don’t have to.
