Best sustainable weight loss App

This application helps you to reduce your weight in a sustainable way by doing and maintaining everything what you are doing in your usual day with slight modifications. They typically use psychology for better living. I have been using this app for around 3-4 months. I reduced around 10lbs or around 5 kgs. I am sleeping better and lot of good changes I’m seeing in. So I would recommend to anyone
who is looking for a sustainable weight loss. You will get a mentor to talk to every week, they are also available throughout the week so you don’t lack motivation to move further. Their reading cards are curated in such a way that, it covers almost all the aspects of your well being. So what else good luck and give it a try !!

A refreshing approach

The app uses a new approach towards the health.

I have had always imagined that something like this would be more suitable to attempt transformation than the traditional one of going gym and eating healthy.

The app does a great job of providing new experience.

It does miss out on a few things. It assumes that on day 21 people would be following all the things it talked about so far. That would be my only complaint about it, in addition to some bugs in the app.
