But if one of the savings opportunities isn’t right for you, you can now indicate that you’re not interested in it, so we don’t mention it again. Plus additional fixes and behind-the-scenes improvements as usual.

Pleasantly surprised!
I’m old-school and don’t usually like to do chats, especially with complicated stuff like billing/insurance disputes, but when I was surprised by a bill I had received, I thought I’d take a chance (because it feels good to do something immediately and not wait until the next business day, right?), so I started a chat with Mia. She was SO HELPFUL and RESPONSIVE!!
I started my chat late in the evening, so it wasn’t at normal business hours, yet I was still tended to immediately. Mia understood my question, gave me a timeframe of when I could expect an answer, and she absolutely kept her word!
I was so thankful for Mia’s kindness and helpfulness. These days, it seems hard to find someone who is helpful and knowledgeable, so I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service that Mia gave through the app. I’d encourage everyone to give it a shot. Maybe they’ll even get lucky enough to get Mia!
Helpfulness
I cannot say enough about how helpful this app and all of the employees I’ve encountered since I started using it. I’ve asked about dental and cataract eye surgery and costs to what is covered and finding a doctor in network, 0 cost or low cost. Everyone has been amazing and took the time to ask questions that got down to what I really needed. I even have follow up after they sent referral to make sure I was contacted by the doctor, asked how my appointment went and when I said I was having surgery, they contacted me to see how I was doing post surgery. Angie checked on me after surgery and again today when I didn’t respond for several days. It’s a great experience and easy to use.
Response is timely and helpful
I have used the app several times over the last year and each encounter has been helpful and beneficial to me. I’ve been using the app for two years and it has helped me locate providers, get benefit questions answered, and quick access to the medical card. I had easy and very odd questions and each one was answered professionally and the follow-through was wonderful. I am very thankful for the app they do a great job. The last person who help me was Janessa, she did not have the answer to my issue but connected me to the right person who was able to help me. I’ve had great results with their custome service.
