The Healthfirst NY Mobile App keeps access to healthcare close at hand. Use it to find care that’s in your network, locate essential services nearby, view your digital member ID, and more. We’re working around the clock to add even more app features and to connect you to the care you need.

Healthfirst members can:
• Search for in-network care providers by specialty, location, gender, and language.
• Find essential services nearby—food, housing, education, employment, financial and legal assistance, and more.
• Access their digital member ID and save, email, text, and AirDrop it.
• View and change their primary care provider (PCP).
• Use our Healthfirst Virtual Community Office to search for a local sales rep by borough, office location, language, and gender.
• View membership information.
• Access Teladoc to speak with U.S. board-certified doctors 24/7 by phone and video.
• Contact Healthfirst Member Services to get answers to benefit questions.
• Get instant notifications on their device to stay in the know, learn about new features, and more.

Paying my bill is missing

So you created an app with like a bunch of good things like viewing my ID, customer service, finding a doctor and even human resources with a lot of info I barely use, and that’s awesome, but I can’t use the app to pay my bill every month? What’s the point? When I go to the site on my phone to pay, I go through 4 different windows your site opens up to me until I can get to the pay my bill option (and sometimes that doesn’t work either - tells me to come back at later time smh). It’s a basic! Not sure why you made it so complicated to pay you. Don’t you want money right away? Please add this feature to the app and make our life easier! Thank you!

Great initiative! More work to do!

I love that Healthfirst now has an app! The app experience is so much better than the website.

However, key features are missing: find a doctor near me, view claims, and payments (pay and view history). Also, pls allow FaceID login.

Nice app

This app is great, however I had issues in the beginning to be able to access my account. I tried twice with customer service and it seems like these customer service reps are incompetent. One told me they will call me back and never did. The other one told me I can’t login because I have to call NY State of Health to get access. She also said I can’t use my online credentials to login, which is incorrect. I was able to finally login when I used my online credentials. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR REPS BECAUSE THEY SEEM TO NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HOW TO ACCESS THIS APP. THANK YOU
