Your target to eat each day appears in the red circle. Eat to your target each day to lose or gain the weight you want.

Add food to move the red circle. Tracked exercise and manually added exercise moves the green circle.

Walking & running is automatically added from Healthkit. Add any extra exercise you do if Healthkit can't track it automatically.
