Introducing Healthie, your personal profile for health and wellness. Seamlessly take photos of your food, selfies (or "healthies") of your body, and record workouts, metrics, or bring in health data from the Health app using our HealthKit API, and more. Upload these to your personal newsfeed to view a chronological dashboard of your health, and enjoy tracking your outcomes and achieving your goals.
Partner with a nutrition professional or healthcare provider who can review your uploads and provide advice along the way.
At Healthie, we know there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health, and understand that calorie-counting and fad diets just don't work. We believe in mindful, sustainable approaches to health, and connect users with experts in nutrition to enable positive outcomes. Get Healthie, Be Healthie.
Here's what our users are saying:
"Put simply, Healthie has changed my life. I have lost weight, but more so than that, have completely changed my relationship with food for the better."
"I absolutely love taking pictures of my food. It's so much easier than calorie counting or keeping a food journal."
"It's like Instagram, but for my health."
"Now when I meet with my dietitian, I can easily show her my Healthie profile and we have great (and specific) discussions about mindful eating, balancing my meals, and how making small changes in my diet can have a large impact."
• Added ability to create and see note entries in journal
• Minor bug fixes and optimizations

Very versatile and easy to use
Great interface with health professionals! This app is great at multitasking, makes communicating with health professionals very easy, and does a great job of streamlining your goals and progress. I would recommend for any coaching business and setup and even for independent use to track and record.
Severely lacking in every area
I find this app to be completely unacceptable, not just the user experience but the entire system. Every update introduces new bugs with no added features. These bugs, such as comments not being entered while the keyboard is up and comment entry styling randomly changing; are simple things that should have automated tests. As an application architect and enterprise security engineer I also find it impossible to believe the data storage is actually kept within HIPPA compliance standards.
As a user I find that even the good features are lacking in usability. One especially bothersome component is the mood selection when entering a food journal. There happens to be more than five human emotions and if that number can’t change for whatever reason they should at least be the five core emotions. The UX engineer needs to be replaced, the QA and testing departments need complete restructuring and probably get rid of everyone else in the process and leave application development to actual professionals.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service! I love the food journal, messaging and documents ect. However, customer service is horrible. I had 2 separate video chats scheduled, and both times we were unable to connect despite trying different browsers and having internet service. I waisted an 1 when it was suppose to be a 30 minute chat. Plus I had to provide a free chat so to keep face with clients. I submitted a help desk ticket, and they said they would look into it, and crickets. I contacted them several times and they ignored me. I am now in the market for a new EHR system as customer service is the #1 most important thing I look for as a professional. Systems crash and I understand, but the people behind the systems are the ones that keep the customers.
