The watch is fairly good for keeping track of health items. As for software what is missing is showing last readings from watch. Average is nice but if I’m looking at something I what to know the last reading. Plus a low glucose alarm would be good
Lastly I would like the option of having the app to automatically sync once a hour. Just gives a better feeling when opening the app
Software wise I really like it. Especially the conversion of glucose mmol to mgl. Important for us westerners. Just wish they watch was better at reading glucose

Lastly there is a bug on the watch side for heart rate alarm. I turned it on to see the level and then I turned it off. A couple days later I was relaxing and it went alarmingly saying it was over 100 while my Apple Watch was saying 51. I turned on the alarm and set it to 200 and back off and no more alarm. Just to let you know

What’s the difference between version 1.3.14 and 1.3.15 fir the iOS iPhone App? Also, is firmware version the latest for the watch?

I am very wary about upgrading free Apps that are functional. Often upgrades make matters worse and since Apple doesn’t offer a “revert to previous version” as an option one can ruin a perfectly good device. At least if I know what bug fixes or features are in an update at least I can evaluate the potential up side.

A lot of the features on the app are unavailable using my iphone14. While the watch says it is sync’d and I can see text messages and some other notifications, none of the biometrics are detected. I always get a message saying “device not detected”.
None of the settings are editable such as changing units (I have to convert mmol/L to mm/dl manually) and I cannot access the suggested calibration step. For glucose monitoring As noted by others, the weather data and other phone interactions also don’t work.

The watch itself seems to decently work, but the glucose reading seems really off compared to my other monitor and not sure if it’s actually helpful. And I cannot perform
Calibration as suggested. Many times it also doesn’t seem to recall your past readings, so after a reading you have to be looking at the watch to see it, otherwise watch immediately jumps back to home screen. So if you miss it you have to run the test reading again.

Tech support seems non-existent and the videos I do find do not match at all what I actually am seeing in this watch and app.

I will be returning this item as it is not meeting my needs.
