I’m just getting started with this program and I must say that I am absolutely impressed!!!! I’ve tried other free versions of similar apps but I decided to take a chance and pay for the plan on this app and WOW! It’s so easy to use and literally everything is thought out for you! You can’t get more comprehensive than this! All I can say is thank you for helping us moms out this plan and app is simply amazing!!!!

I love the fact that this app provides healthy meal options and calorie counting. I also love all the different programs you can choose depending on where you’re at in your fitness journey.

I don’t like that they choose the “rest” days. Sometimes the rest days are my days off (and I want to work out). But I’m unable to because it’s a designated “rest” day. Sometimes I forget to “add” the workout to a certain day. I don’t like that I’m unable to go back and add that workout to a previous day. I also wish I could do multiple workouts a day. Some days I would love to make up some of my workouts that I’ve missed during the week.

And finally, I have a toddler climbing all over me during the work outs. Unfortunately that means the app (that has the video playing) gets closed out by my toddler. When you go to resume your workout (even after seconds after it closes) you have to re-click on the video. And then fast forward the video to resume where you were at in the workout. This last workout I did, I had to do that about 10 times, it is frustrating.

I wish there was a trial period. Until these issues are resolved I won’t pay the monthly fee again. Which really is a bummer it didn’t work out for me.

Great for first time moms

It’s hard figuring everything out with a new baby. I lost my stomach pouch pretty quickly after the birth of my son but had a hard time getting my tone back. Breast feeding takes so many calories so I was always hungry. The app has been so helpful. Heading to Hawaii this week for a wedding and am finally feeling confident to be in a bikini.
