Ever heard of a win, win, win? With Healthy Parks Healthy Person TN you get to go outside, improve your health, and earn points in the app. That’s a win, win, win for everyone!

The motivation to improve your health has to come from the inside, but it doesn’t hurt to get a nice reward every once in a while for your effort! These rewards, provided by Tennessee State Parks, are a little bonus for getting outside and active.

Points you earn buy real rewards.

We know you are joining Healthy Parks Healthy Person TN to improve your health and get outside, but we also know that motivation can sometimes be hard to keep up. Because of this, Tennessee State Parks is providing real rewards to help motivate you to take your next step, bike one more mile, or paddle one more lap.

Once you’ve purchased your first reward, head to any Tennessee State Park to redeem it. It’s that easy!

The app integrates with HealthKit to read and track your steps for each checkin and show you the progress you're making along the way.

Best motivation ever!

Not sure why we need encouragement to get outside, but the reality is we do! My whole family LOVES this app! It is so fun to see those points add up! My teen daughter now drags me outside almost daily for a walk or hike, and we love earning points and rewards! A huge “Thank you!” to all responsible for this neat app! I look forward to finishing this year healthier and stronger than I started!

I guess you HAVE to live in Tennessee Stat lines or something?

I thought this was a great app to get people involved and outside being active. I technically live in Ga but on the Tennessee line and over the summer, we spent a couple weeks at the state parks in Tennessee and I would log our activities. Did this for 750 points but when I ask for my reward…nothing. Not even a response for why I’m not getting my reward. That’s all I could think of for why I’m not getting it is because I’m technically a GA resident? It would have been great to at least been told what it was and I wouldn’t have done it.

Fun way to get new gear

I have been using this app for a couple years now and I have managed to rack up on free gear just for getting in a walk everyday. My friends saw my backpack I got and they all downloaded the app.
