This is the first nutrition app I’ve used that actually provides advice specific to me! Once you fill out your profile, the app gives you guidance on your nutrition, calories, exercise… that’s unique to you! Also love how it shows you your progress to keep you on track toward your goals. It’s like having a GPS for your health!

I love this app! Can finally see what’s in my food! Food labels are impossible to read, but BetterBites shows me the ingredients right in the app, as clear as day! Also love that it’s backed by licensed dietitians, so you can trust the food ratings. You can do a lot with it too — track your meals, water, exercise, sleep, etc. all in one place!

I’ve used MyFitnessPal for a long time to log my meals, and didn’t get much out of it beyond basic calorie counting. BetterBites goes so far beyond that tho. It actually tells me whether or not the food I’m about to eat is good or bad for me, which has been eye-opening! I really feel like this app can help me get healthier given its focus on nutrition, ingredients, etc.
