Timewaver Must Get Their Technical Act Together

All of a sudden this morning, the blue analyze app keeps on encountering an error that prevents the resonance from being used. I paid $1,500 for the Healy Resonance and can’t even use the resonance function now.

Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly believe in this technology (I study quantum mechanics) and when this app is functioning, it works, but what’s up with all these glitches and errors? It gets obnoxious.

Timewaver, focus on getting your act together and ensure that your users are actually able to use what your selling!

Love my Healy but the app needs fixing ASAP

My Healy device is great! The only problem is that for it to work, the apps need to function. Without them you can't use Healy at all. If you have a cutting edge medical device, you need to have an app that supports that.
This app, when it works is just ok on a good day. About 80% of the time it glitches.
It appears to have problems finding the Healy with Bluetooth. Also frequently disconnects during a session. I will tho k a program is running when it stops for no reason. There are days the app just freezes.
When it does work there are a few frustrating things about it. The phone has to be super close to the device so it doesn't disconnect. It also has to stay open to run the vibration sessions. So if I want to use it I basically have to have my phone open & connected to a charger. This is not at all practical!! Sometimes it just changes to German for no reason and won't work. When I go to use the resonance app to find a program that resonates for me, about 60% of the time it won't let me switch between apps. It's so so frustrating to finally get one glitchy app kind of working & then not be able to run the program! Healy please address these problems!!

Extremely Frustrating

This is beyond frustrating for the cost. It would be nice if the apps didn’t kick me off 9 times out of 10. I do a resonance and it freezes before I get a list. Or I’m connected and then disconnected immediately. This is a big problem as I bought this device to use it. Not to spend hours TRYING to use it. I’m extremely disappointed. ONE buys a product believing they will be able to use it. The connection issues are beyond normal. In Bluetooth it’s showing I’m connected and yet the programming is unavailable. Why must my Bluetooth find the Healy every time I want to connect. Other products that have Bluetooth show on the phone and immediately connect when the device is turned on. Healy has to be reconnected and re-found repeatedly. Turning Bluetooth on and off to re-find and re-find and re-find. I tried to show someone the product and it just kept crashing until I had to give up. Someone seriously needs to be working on the connection issues. They are TERRIBLE.
