Use you heart rate monitor to add power to your rides. HR2VP app is a bike tracker that connects to Zwift and uploads to Strava.

Use you heart rate monitor as a power meter and connect any exercise bike to indoor cycling apps such as Zwift. Use HR2VP app as a bike computer, record GPS route and upload online to Strava. App requires an external Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor (not compatible with Apple watch). Generally speaking, a chest strap will be the best for monitoring heart rate, accuracy will be improved compared to built - in optical sensors from watches measuring on the wrist.

Compatible with most BLE heart rate monitors on the market such as Polar OH1 and H10, Garmin HRM Dual, Wahoo Tickr fit, 4iiii Viiva, Sigma R1, Lezyne Heart rate Flow Sensor, Scosche Rhythm24, CooSpo IP67...

Great but minor change needed

Overall this app is great! The power is surprisingly accurate and it works perfectly with Zwift. The only downside is that I'm unable to minimize the app or close my phone screen while using it - it'll just pause my Zwift ride. This would be a nice feature to have, but not a deal breaker.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback! You're right, background execution would be a nice feature which has been implemented on Android. We'll see in the future if we can implement it on iOS as well.

Great for zwift

Best way to use Zwift without a power meter. Much better than speed sensor. Just take into account that it has a certain delay since it relies on heart rate and it's not good for sprints. But pretty great overall if you want to use Zwift on a budget.

Thanks for your nice fedback. Enjoy training on Zwift with your heart rate monitor!

I downloaded the app and bought 1 month subscription to give it a good try. I read that it couldn’t run at the same time as another app. So I deleted ad downloaded on another device and it asked to pay again. So I went back to original device and it is recognizing my purchase. Either refund my 1.99 so I can purchase again, or cancel my subscription.

Why does this app have to be so difficult.

Developer Response ,

Gillgirl9, the app is free to try, which allows you to test your setup before buying. Only Lifetime can be used on a different phone, if you bought a subscription, you need to be refunded first and then you will be able to buy again if you want to. The fact that you have to use a different phone is due to the Bluetooth technology itself : a Bluetooth device cannot connect to itself, so we have no other choice... I invite to contact us per mail '' to get more help and ask for refund.
