My local library offers heartfulness meditation classes at 🏡Maitland public library, Florida. The instructor encouraged us to upload this app and I will be forever grateful. It is so intuitive to navigate and such a great introduction and guide to meditation. The three-part course is is an excellent place to start. I find it helpful to listen to the 3-courses again periodically as a refresher. It helps me re-center and ground myself. By far the relaxation meditation is my favorite along with the nostril breathing exercises. My only suggestion is for the app to add a fast forward ⏩ ⏸️⏯️⏪⏮️options. It would be nice to navigate through the individual 45 minute courses without having to start from the beginning.
A Journey has began on self healing. This is, by far, the best 'self-help' I did to myself, that I have ever undertaken. This meditation made me calm, relaxed, given me greater inner strength and peace of mind and possibility of believing in myself and hope for the future. For me it feels “ The Light in Heart” has started my journey to inner peace, positivity & patience. This meditation made believe more in faith & miracles. I am now in Kindergarten in this journey & waiting to go climb my ladder for “tranquillity”.💕
I liked this app until it tried to force me to meditate in ways I don’t want
I have to say that I’m angry. I have been using this app for five or six days, and using it to meditate for 45 minutes on the days I’m not able to connect to one of the online meditations. Tonight I came home and was looking forward to doing my meditation and the app would not let me get to where I choose the meditation length and would only let me see a live meditation by somebody whose name I don’t care about, that I did not want to join. I have spent almost a half an hour trying to get to the regular meditate, and instead of beciming relaxed, now I am upset and angry because you set this app up to force me into doing meditations you want me to do. I OBJECT!!!I have no interest in being controlled! It is my right to meditate the way I want to and now I can’t use this app!
