Hearts is a 4-player trick-taking card game where the aim is to avoid getting penalty points. Each heart is worth one penalty point and the queen of spades is worth 13 penalty points. The other cards have no value. There is no trump suit.

In Hearts, a penalty point is awarded for each trick won, plus additional points for capturing the Jack of hearts or the Queen of Hearts.

Hearts trick-taking card game, known as Chase or Copas or Corazones or Coeurs or Black Lady, is the most popular classic card game.

Play Hearts - Black Lady an American card game of the Hearts group for four players. It emerged in the early 20th century as an elaboration of Hearts. Black Lady is named after its highest penalty card, the Queen of Spades or Black Lady.

Hearts have different names around the world, including Chase the Lady and Rickety Kate, and is similar to the game Black Lady. In Turkey hearts is called Queen of Spades, and in India it is known as Black Queen.

Go Big! If you take all the hearts cards and the Queen of Spades then you can "Shoot the Moon". Take 26 points away from your game score!

The game is usually played by four players, but three to six can be accommodated (see below). The aim is to avoid taking any cards of the heart suit in tricks. A standard 52-card pack of English pattern cards is used, cards ranking in from Ace (high) down to the two. Players draw a fixed number of chips, typically 25 or 50, which may or may not have a monetary value. The pack is shuffled by the dealer, cut by the player to their right and then dealt clockwise beginning with the player left of the dealer until each player has thirteen cards. There are no trumps. If cards are misdealt, the deal passes to the left. If cards are faced in the pack, the dealer reshuffles offers it for the cut, and re-deals,
