Works fine until when you try to click on the Alarm Info on the app, then it just crashes and close out completely. It would be awesome if when there is an alert, the notifications will work on the phone. For example, if there’s an alarm for movement, my phone will ding with a notification from the app. Then I can easily go in the app and look but the app itself doesn’t even work correctly when I click on the alarm info. I hope you guys will fix it soon. Makes it pointless without it.

If I select the info message or touch the notification, the app will open as it should but then closes. So annoying. We actually had a person walk up to our front door and take our slippers. I was not home during this incident and it’s very disturbing. This issue needs to be addressed and fixed.

This app is confusing, complicated and way too messy. The interface has no structure. It’s difficult to navigate, has no guide to help the user, numerous “features” and functions don’t work. The product description is misleading and dishonest. As a result of this poorly developed app and inadequate support for the user, I plan to return the heimvision products for another brand and simply delete this awful app. And although the hardware is quite nice, what good is it without a platform and mobile app in this era of technology !? Therefore, I do NOT recommend the HeimVision products or this app!
