Helia connect good idea… terrible execution
This is the worst app I have ever had. My company all takes me less than 3 minutes to load the same information. This app takes 15-20 minutes average. Yesterday took my associate over 30. A blue screen just pops up over and over. Takes too long to search for items. Truly a terrible terrible app. It’s to the point of almost walking away from business instead of using this app.
Take way too long
Took me 21 minutes to add one case. Keeps switching back and fourth from poor network to no network. Same thing happens on multiple networks. Starts searching from the moment you add the first number in your item reference, runs through multiple items before if finally gets to the reference number you need. All around poor app.
Extremely frustrating to use
This app is terrible. If the designers of this app used it… they would develop a different app to improve it. The search function for inventory takes forever. A blank screen comes up a lot. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app.
