I got this service when I was in a pinch and needed access to a phone. Since my phone was unlocked it made the process easy. My service sometimes may be a little spotty at times but no different than the big name carriers out there. And it has never let me down with talking, text or high speed internet when it counted. Thank you for offering this service, I would scream helium mobile from the rooftops of I could. But only a select few would understand and listen. lol much appreciated!!

Although they have “unlimited” plans, they are not really unlimited . The “unlimited plans” only come with 36 GB of data and hotspot TOGTHER . I’m a student & The data slows down so significantly that apps don’t work , they don’t load . I can’t even get videos to work . I reached out to customer support and can’t even get an explanation on why my data was maxed out as my plan is “UNLIMITED” data . It’s cool if you want something temporary and don’t have much going on but long term … ? NO !

My service was great when I was using the free plan. I got in very early on when you could earn helium token by sharing data. I almost paid my bill every month with the crypto I earned. My daughter bought me a phone for Christmas and she didn’t realize it was locked to a carrier, I had to switch my service to use the phone. It has proven to be something I regret EVERY time I think about. I would absolutely recommend this service!!!💯

Free is always in the budget. So why not at least try a free mobile service, or use it on an extra device, or as a backup, or for a kid? Plus you get rewards for using it. The only issue that I've had in over an entire year, is that support can take hours to respond, but they do respond. And that is totally understandable for the smaller size of the company. A+++!!!

I only have a phone for emergencies. I use Google Voice for all my calling needs, so having a free service that lets me access Google Voice using cellular data has given me a great deal of freedom. Perfect for those with unlocked phones! And with unlimited talk and text being an affordable extra, this MVNO will count me as a loyal user for years to come.

Hey, just wanted to leave a review for my mobile service. I've been really happy with the plan I chose and the coverage has been great everywhere I go. The unlimited data is awesome, but I do get a bit concerned when I hit the 36G threshold - after that, your out of luck cause even I’ve reached the threshold data not running slow or at all. Would love some clarity on what's happening behind the scenes. Overall, still a solid service!
