I have been using this app for 2 months. It crashes all the time. In the beginning, I couldn’t understand why my usage wasn’t visible, but an agent told me it was because my price was fixed for the first 6 days- confusing. The “estimated days remaining” are always wrong. They rarely decrement 1 day for me - 2,3,5 day decrements are the most common. Apparently the algorithm can’t learn. When I went out of state, login wouldn’t work- 404 error until I returned to Houston. I’ve been getting alerts to make a payment, but now the pay feature won’t work in the app - it’s telling me to “Pick Up Card.” I didn’t know I dropped it?!?! Figured out it’s because I have a new debit card, but the app can’t delete the old account (“Payment Account not found”). Online option in payment center is for paying my bill - I’m prepaid, so I don’t have a bill. So terrible!!!!!!!! I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
