Download the free Music Together app and play your Music Together tunes whenever and wherever you’d like. Start with 12 free songs—then, every semester you enroll in a Music Together class, unlock a new collection using the code in your songbook.

• If you’re not enrolled in class yet, the app comes preloaded with the Welcome Collection, a set of 12 of our most popular songs. Then, find a class in your neighborhood when you’re ready.

You can log in to the app and listen to your unlocked music from multiple devices. So share your username and password with your child’s other caregivers.

Building a Culture of Music with Extended Family
The app contains a wealth of ways to include family near and far in learning a love of music. We, the parents, have lots of love for music and little expertise. We can support our kids love of music with the wide range of music skills that exist in our extended family. Nana plays piano so she plays from sheet music at her house. Two uncles do the same with guitar. An 8-year-old cousin can lead the drumming songs. We purchased and sent the affordable books that tell more of the story behind the songs to out of town family members so we can build more meaning and relationship into the songs over video chat. I hope the kids will have the strong feeling that music is a deep part of our family culture. Of course we have some of our own family songs, but Music Together makes it easy for us all to participate beginning at the kids level.
Music Together 🎸🥁
Music Together has helped my son who’s almost 2y, how to balance, understand how his body can move to the beat of the music, and provided an experience that allowed him to express his interest while interacting with new children his age! We made great friends - mini-humans, moms, and papas! I recommend that anyone with children attend one of these classes. It lets extroverts shine, and provides space for introverts go at their own pace. It’s been a marvelous experience. Having the APP allows easy access to sing, dance, and learn from home or provides activities for play dates!
Slow and buggy
My child is obsessed with the songs from her Music Together class, so it's good to be able to pull them up on my phone without going the the hassle of uploading the CD to my computer and then downloading it onto the phone. However, this app leaves a lot to be desired. It is slow to load the songs or change tracks. It has a "playlist" feature, but since there does not seem to be a way to actually play the playlists I make, it's not useful. This is too bad because I'd like to loop her favorite songs on repeat, but that's not an option here. Plus, making a playlist is painfully slow and frustrating. Also, you can't move to different parts of a song, e.g., you can't skip the intro or review a specific section of a song. I haven't tried any of the video or other features, but I think it should work well as a music player, before adding extras.
