Hello Ralphie 12+

Recently my dog had an ear infection and with covid protocols, our regular vet was only doing curbside pickup. To avoid the stress of that and having to sedate my dog (there’s no way she would let them take her), I started looking into telemedicine for vets. With so many online to choose from, I randomly chose Hello Ralphie and so glad I did! The cost was also about the same, if not less, as going to our regular vet in person.

From start to finish, everyone I corresponded with were amazing. At first, they didn’t have a licensed vet in WA available (which I needed so they can also prescribe medication). Then I was back to searching the internet with not much luck. To my surprise, the next day they contacted me that they asked their WA Vet, who’s currently on maternity leave, and she was willing to make time to see us. I was so relieved and happy! This showed they definitely go above and beyond for everyone. I haven’t even signed up for anything and was just a random stranger that was inquiring about their services. Dr. Conrad was also amazing. She took her time listening and explaining everything to me. She was caring and kept asking if I had anymore questions and did not rush through the appointment. Ordering the medication for home delivery was also very easy via the website.

My poor dog had a bacterial infection, and on top of covid, has had prior bad vet experiences to the point where they have had to sedate her for a routine check-up. Recently, the vet clinic didn’t have any openings available and my dog, Lexi, was barely sleeping she was scratching somuch! Thankfully, I found HelloRalphie! I was able to quickly get an appointment where my dog Lexi was easily diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. HelloRalphie further stayed in constant communicative support, really going above and beyond with their customer service in their interactions with me, just to make sure Lexi received her antibiotics. The support and care from HelloRalphie didnt stop there either, as they have also sent follow-up emails just to check up on her. Scheduling an appointment with HelloRalphie was the best thing I could have done for my dog, and she is now completely better thanks to their care, support, and exceptional services! I would recommend HelloRalphie to anyone I came across for a multitude of reasons. Mainly, though, I would recommend HelloRalphie because of its convenience and it’s support staff, which will go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet are fully taken care of!

When my dog needed to see a vet and I couldn’t get him to the clinic I panicked! I am not good with technology so I had never considered a virtual vet visit. I was a little nervous about using the app for the first time. I reached out to customer support and Felicity was so wonderful. She gave me step by step instructions on how to use the app. She explained their policies on appointments and charges. Then she helped me find a veterinarian that met my dogs needs. I was very impressed with her one on one assistance. The app is easy to use, the customer support is responsive, the cost of the vet visit is comparable to an in person office visit and the veterinarian Dr. Williams was amazing! I am so grateful for My Virtual Veterinarian, Felicity and Dr. Williams! I will definitely be using this service regularly.
