I have worked on this app for the last 4 years. It really helped during grad school when I couldn’t work full time and it provided the flexibility I needed. The families are great and so is Lauren the owner. I encourage all college students, those looking for part time gig or with an educational background to sign up. Parents I also encourage you to trust this sitting service.

We’re excited to share the latest enhancements to Hello Sitter. This update adds important new features and improvements to make planning, booking, and communication smoother and more reliable for everyone. Features - Added support for Sign in with Apple ID. - Added support for Sign in with Facebook. - Availability can now be set up to 1 year ahead, with faster month navigation. - Improved email and SMS delivery for account and booking notifications. - You’ll now receive a notification when a parent fixes their payment method after a failed payment, so you know when a booking can be accepted again. Fixes - Fixed issues with availability time calculations and date selection. - Cancellation fees and parent discount codes are no longer shown in booking details, keeping things clear and transparent. - Fixed a issue on iOS 26.x or higher where many buttons were not responding. - Resolved an issue where onboarding tips appeared repeatedly. - Security and performance improvements for a faster, more stable experience.
