Hello Vino is your virtual wine assistant. Buying wine is fun and easy with Hello Vino's recommendations for food and wine pairings, special occasions and personalized wine picks based on your taste preferences.

Similar to getting help from a wine expert, simply tap through Hello Vino's question-and-answer interface to find the perfect bottle for thousands of meals, special occasions, and flavor profiles.
The Hello Vino app uses artificial intelligence to learn about your wine preferences. As you tap through the choices, scan wine labels and rate your favorites, the app will make new wine recommendations based on your activity and settings.
Wine should be fun, not overwhelming or intimidating. Hello Vino has a strict NO SNOBS ALLOWED policy.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS - Tap into Hello Vino's incredible database of food and wine pairings. Simply choose your dish, then the app will tell you the best wine for the meal.
WINE LABEL SCANNER - Scan wines, save personal notes and ratings to remember all of your favorites.
COMMUNITY WINE RATINGS - Consumer ratings on wines contributed by our community of more than 2 million Hello Vino app users.
WINE GUIDE - An incredible dictionary of wine varieties with audio pronunciations, flavor profile descriptions and food pairings (with recipes powered by BigOven).

It has helped me keep tabs of my favorite wine and find wine when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Everyone should have this app and share it with their friends! ;-)

This app is pretty disappointing. I had such high hopes, as the star rating was high, and the number of reviewers was high as well. I paid $3 to have adds removed, however every time you enter the app, I am hit with a full page add to sign up and save. Then I paid $5 to be able to take scans, because this is not a basic feature. You either enter an email address for a limited number, or pay for unlimited. Neither is worth it, as the feature doesn’t work properly. It takes a while to load. When it does I’ve experienced 3 issues 1) it can’t find my wine 2) the wine title is populated to the search field, making you think it found the wine, but you get a pop up saying the wine can’t be found 3) the wine is found, however when I try to select nothing happens. I would expect that after paying the amounts I did that I would t have anything to complain about.

Good app for those wishing to catalog their own wine collection or just all the wines they try for future reference. Offers suggestions for food pairings. Offers bargains on wine purchases. Good all around app for the general wine drinking public.

This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included.

BRAND NEW WINE LABEL SCANNER - We've completely replaced the image recognition technology, and added REAL-TIME wine label identification by our team. That's correct - if the label scanner doesn't return a response right away, we'll personally identify the wine label in a matter of seconds.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The wine label image recognition in earlier versions of the app will no longer work - please update to version 3.7 today.
YOUR WINE PHOTOS NOW IN "THE CLOUD" - We want to make sure you never lose your wine photos when you upgrade your device, so we're now backing up all beautiful pics up in "the cloud" so you can access them on both your iPhone and iPad (and even our web site).

EVEN MORE Recommendations - We've added tens of thousands of new wines to our database, with a re-designed interface to deliver recommendations even faster than before. The app won't recommend obscure wines you'll never be able to find, in fact, you can even get wines based on your location.
SOCIAL SHARING is now available, making it easy to share your wine discoveries and favorite bottles on Facebook, Twitter or by email.

This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included.
This is the biggest Hello Vino update ever. Our "Vintage 5.0" re-launch has a stunning new design with a simple and elegant Question-and-Answer interface to help you buy wine, with ALL NEW personalized "Wine For You" recommendations based on your specific taste preferences.
Other huge improvements include a streamlined label scanner and "My Wines" notebook to save and remember your favorites. And... we're thrilled to introduce the new Hello Vino Wine Club, where you can have personalized wine shipments delivered every month (and of course you can easily pay with Apple Pay).
