Very Buggy Service
When it works, it’s a nice service. The problem is it doesn’t work at least 50% of the time. Problems include:
- Won’t receive codes when packages delivered
- One Time Codes will say they’re invalid
- Can never reach support via phone
- App will sometimes not allow you to login
An abysmal app
Nothing works on this app. The website is somehow worse. I simply cannot even log in (clicking “forgot password” simply does nothing) and the “customer support” is a chat bot that just feeds you the answers of the FAQ.
If your package gets stolen GOOD LUCK. Zero help, which is to be expected because they can barely get their app working.
I was getting texts regularly, then months later it just shifted to emails… then months after that it stopped altogether.
Idk how a company can get it THIS wrong. Sad that apartments require this crap, AND I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR IT.
Doesn’t load
I was told a package was picked up when I wasn’t even there to pick it up. And when I try logging on the app the screen just keeps logging me out over and over again so I can’t even view my account or anything
