FROM HELLOWALLET USERS
“I love that HelloWallet allows me to manage my financial future via the mobile app when I'm on the go. I've been able to keep within budget for over 6 months now which is amazing! I know have more money to save for the future. I finally feel empowered that I run my finances instead of my finances running me.”
“My company offered this service to is as part of the benefits package. I thought it would be like Quicken but I thought it was worth a look. This product is so much better than any other product I've used for budgeting and tracking of spending. My husband and I can see real time balances and make good financial decisions by using our mobile apps. We have just started our journey but we have a very clear visual on our path forward.”
“Starting out my budgeting organization was loose at best. Since I've been receiving updates on the HelloWallet app on my phone, I've been able to monitor and observe my spending habits and have seen over $3k in savings!”
“I do our finances and my wife does our shopping. With HelloWallet she's able to check the budget on her smartphone from the grocery store and know right away how much she can spend.”
“I just graduated from college last year and started a full time job. As young as I am, I can have a financial health and see what steps I need to take to reach my goals. HelloWallet lets me plan out that trip to Italy that I never had money for in college, while still building an emergency fund and showing me how I can get there faster. As a "real world" newbie, HelloWallet relates to me by allowing me to access my finances via smartphone, by showing me how I compare to my peers, and by teaching me how to be smart about money without selling me credit cards or scaring me into saving. I can confidently say I see myself using this tool through every big financial milestone in my life.”

Nice app, but glitchy
I am new to HelloWallet. I enjoy being able to see all my info in one spot without much effort.
I am having an issue with the app not allowing me to connect my credit union information. It doesn’t ‘light up’ the button to link my account when I find it in the list of banks.
It has been very accurate when I connected my credit card information though.
You can’t trust keybank, they don’t want you!
I am angry that I cannot keep my account after a year of meticulous entering all the information and countless hours, days, months, working with their tech support of tuning, designating all transactions so that the app can actually give me a correct and accurate accounting of my wealth. I followed all the suggestions, and made it to 96-99% which required to restrict life style to do so. Now i have lost my account, and all my work and data because of key-banks limited scope of their customers which I used to be based on the relationship between my employer and hellowallet. Because of my geo location key back does not have any products in my great common wealth of Virginia that I was able to use to keep my account. I have used the information created in the app to be able to purchase and create more wealth, which is what the app states it will do for you. You can’t trust this “key bank”, they will remove your access from your data that takes countless hours days and months to configure correctly based on their inability to provide you a product that they can profit from in your geolocation, therefore they don’t want you. What’s wrong with Virginia’s, the east coast, that you cannot provide a product to use so that we can to continue to benefit from Hello-wallets powerful app. It’s an awesome app.
Ok. This is cool!
I was about to try Mint but accidentally stumbled upon this. If you’re a Keybank customer like me then this is the perfect solution and no need for third party access. Directly integrates with my accounts and auto categorizes purchases. I can add budgets based on those categories. Also, there are similar alerts to those I’ve already setup via Keybank web site. Product request: ability to combine categories or assign a budget to a group of categories.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
