The app dosn't open on a regular basis. This causes a delay in acceptance, and ultimately losing the incoming lead.
Awesome App
This is a great application that has helped many of my agents grow their book of business while assisting customers.
Potential
HOD is a good tool, however the inability to use on every smart device limits the users ability to speed and accuracy in support of clients. Not available for smart watches.
