This app is amazing! We got last minute tickets to a Lakers Game yesterday morning. My family lives close by and can normally help watch my kids, but everyone had other plans. I downloaded the app, signed up for an account and placed my sitter request, all within 5 minutes. Within 5 minutes I received an email that we had a sitter confirmed, along with the sitter's name, cell phone and info about her. So cool! We instantly felt comforted knowing the girl was from the same town outside of Chicago as my husband. The sister called me when she was on her way and was so sweet! She did an excellent job, and kept the house very clean, had no problems putting my daughter to bed, and is someone we will definitely use again. Highly recommend this app! Each sitter is pre-screened and you don't have to do any correspondence back and forth. Love!

This app has been a lifesaver, whether I’m traveling and need to schedule a sitter or using my employer subsidized hours to help lower the costs of care for my family, it’s been very helpful. I really like the UI and how responsive the Helpr team has been if any support is needed. I’ve used their care finder service to help find more permanent care solutions and they have done a great job finding me well qualified care providers!

I love the idea of being able to book a vetted sitter without too much of a notice. The app quotes being able to hire a sitter with as little as a 3 hour notice. However, the multiple times I’ve used the app that has NEVER been the case. My husband and I have been trying to book a sitter for Friday since Monday morning. It’s now Thursday and we still do not have a confirmed booking. Other times we have booked with them, we usually need to send several follow up messages asking if they’ve found us an available sitter yet. If it weren’t for my husbands work subsidizing a majority of the Helpr cost, I would 100% not recommend this app to anyone.

We absolutely love Helpr! It is such a great idea for how fast pace life can be for families nowadays. We have had such great experiences each time we book with Helpr- we love our sitters and we are so embarrassed by how quickly we receive them. We have so much comfort knowing that each sitter is screened and has had plenty of child care experience. Helpr is the best new babysitting service out there! We highly recommend!

My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to Ojai and the inn referred us to this nanny service. It was super easy to use and we were able to book a sitter just a few days in advance. She arrived on time we felt very comfortable leaving our 6-mo old with her while we went out to dinner. We will definitely use this app again!
