Communication with drivers is not easy, they use WhatsApp to call though it’s not active in the kingdom.
Moreover, some of them can’t communicate in English nor Arabic properly. There is no superior to follow up

Warning: unlike other BETTER cleaning service apps, they don't return your money if you cancel (unless the canceling is 24 hours before the date). I have booked a visit for today but due to circumstances (going to hospital) I canceled BEFORE the visit time (although I wanted to postpone the visit but it was not possible to do that unless it's done before 24 hours from the date) so I canceled before the time of the visit yet it won't return my money nor book a replacement. Not to mention the customer service is bad unlike before. There's hardly any working communication. تحذير اذا دفعتو و اضطريتو تلغوا قبل الموعد ماراح يرجعو فلوسكم ومافي طريقة للتواصل، التواصل سيئ لدرجة مافي طريقة يردون على الشكوى، حجزت موعد لهذا اليوم ولكن احتجت للتأجيل بس ماينفع ااجل الا قبل اربع وعشرين ساعة فحاولت الالغاء والغيت قبل وقت الموعد لكن لم يتم استرداد المبلغ

They charge you in advance and then send helper that doesn’t speak any other language other than Arabic and when you complain all they say is sorry and do not provide any solutions or help in the matter. How is someone that does not speak any other language other than arabic supposed to get any work done in a household that does not speak arabic!
