Our revolutionary platform has a private B2B, farm-to-buyer e-commerce site that automatically invoices every transaction with photos of buyers license, photos of sellers info, GPS locations and hemp test results (below .3% THC and includes the Certificate of Analysis).

We have six platforms for the grower, buyer and plant-to-purchase system which is compliant with the law in the state of Texas.

After an Invoice is generated, it will be emailed instantly to all parties including any state audit agencies, transportation firms and banks for state compliance requirements in this market space.

We are integrating the Certificate of Analysis (COA) to be shared electronically across multiple platforms to ensure compliance and transparency, potentially eliminating fraud.

We have established a great line of communication with the Texas Agricultural Commissioner and
other agency to build the best hemp compliance software system for Texas.

We have established partnerships with some of the largest farmers in Texas to provide the logistics of every aspect of the supply chain in the growing and selling process.
