So it’s awesome highly recommend, and has helped me through a lot. However one day it asked me to redo my bday in my profile and I was tired and. Accidentally put in I was 12 instead of 13. Now I’m “suspended” and the talk to administrators option isn’t working. I really need this to load. Never had an app this good and I need some help right now. Could someone help me fix this please?? In my opinion you should be able to fix it easily if it was a mistake. I can’t use another persons number or anything because I want this to be under mine for privacy reasons. Just please please fix it for me.

This is a great app for teens who struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts to name a few but this is not a hotline help app however if you need one you can find one on online but it does ask for your age your phone number(if you have one) but you do not need a google account for this; but however the user interface is hard to nagivate but wish it was easier but no complaints! It takes a lot of hardwork to make it look clean and easy to use but other than that it’s a great app for teens who are sturggling with things -r

I genuinely love this app so much this was the first time I used it and I promise I'm not a bot 😭 but it helped me realize so many things about myself and it's a safe place for me! thank you for creating it, it's very professional and I can definitely see myself using this more in the future if I ever need to talk!

I had a conversation on this app and it was going well but then she didn’t speak to me for 4 days and automatically ended our conversation.. very disappointing . i’m tried to make a post to explain and it kept saying i’m violating the rules . I tried SO MANY TIMES to retype is but I still “violated” when I wasn’t cursing or anything .why is my voice being silenced ? seems like y’all are trying to keep me from giving my opinion on your app bc no matter how I worded it I still couldn’t post it . very lame and suspicious
