Easy to learn; easy to use…
Great app to use for Heritage Auctions as it is both relatively easy to learn and easy to use for tracking, bidding, and monitoring items you are watching simultaneously. Especially useful on auction day and much more quicker and smoother than the full web version. Highly recommended if you like participating in Heritage Auctions who always have a wide variety of and many, many different offerings up for bid!
Frustrated by App Bidding & Gap w/Website Functionality
Generally the app slightly better than average but there are some huge bugs/problems with functionality that completely detract from the experience. When bidding, there is a huge difference in responsiveness between the App and logging on directly via the website. The auction countdown clock frequently does not refresh and is not shown on every list of your active bids. This delay also causes the latest bid amount to not be shown on every page. Huge issue.
Also when looking at all of the lots in a particular auction, the list stops loading and gets stuck not letting you to look at all of the items in the list.
If you are competing for a serious item, you should log onto the website directly not the App.
User Friendly
I love this App! It’s user friendly, so many useful options, I love that they let you see all past auction prices, and current bidding so I can gauge trends. The only thing I would change is the turnaround time for submitting some thing to auction. Two weeks is a bit excessive. In my opinion it shouldn’t be no more than a week turnaround. Thank you for creating such a wonderful app.
