minor issues need fixing
The app itself does work. however it won’t let me use fingerprint ID to login, even though it’s turned on. not the worst thing but super annoying. The most frustrating issue is it will not send me alerts when money is taken out or put in. I have the transaction alerts in the app turned on, along with the app notifications in my settings. It will not send me a notification when i use the card. This is something i personally like to have because i know if a payment i made went through, and i can tell if someone else is using my card. these should be easy fixes.
Hire a new coder
This is getting two stars only for the fact that once it does work....if it’s working... it works very well. Worst offender is the random errors it has that after refuses to accept Face ID because of this bs I’ve had to reset my password multiple times after being locked out only to be greeted with multiple “can not use the same password as your previous 10 passwords.” Second is the barrage of “helpful” screens I have to constantly skip and ignore that...wait for it..reset after adding a new password and reenabling Face ID. Get someone new to fix this steaming pile.
Ms Frustrated
This app stinks. I find myself constantly deleting and reinstalling this app. I never had this problem with previous app.
