Description
With HeroForFunApp doing sports on a regular basis will be easy and fun. This app contains the four basic exercises: push-ups, sit-ups, squats and running. This workout covers all major body regions (even though it has its flaws in balance) and consists of well known practices, analyzed by many personal trainers. HeroForFunApp is suitable for everyone with every fitness level. We recommend starting either with one body area, work yourself up to the full amount and add the next body area or start with a reduced set of repetitions of all parts of the training. Make sure you increase the practices according to your speed till you get to the full set.
Please be cautious about doing sports. If you feel pain in any way, stop the exercise and see a doctor. Staying healthy is always a matter of listening to your body.
