I've been using Hetal for several weeks now, and it has been a game-changer for me. The flexibility to reserve store openings that fit my schedule is amazing. As someone with a busy life, it's perfect for earning extra income while shopping at my local stores.

The app is easy to use, and the onboarding process was straightforward. I appreciate the variety of openings available. The payment process is also super smooth— typically issued within 24 business hours, which is always a plus!

So I just recently downloaded this app from another app I was so excited to get started using the app but upon me completing my registration I was looking around the app for how payout works. So I find it an notice that there is only one option for payment which is Venmo which isn’t fair because there are some people (like me) who can’t have a Venmo account because they want let you signup for one (for reasons unknown) or you go to signup an your number is already hooked to another account from the person who had the number before you. But one would think that is the app is using Venmo for payouts that they would also at least be using PayPal to since they are two in the same an made by the same people. So now I’m going to have to delete my account since there is no other options for payout. And one last issue there is also no information on how to contact support AT ALL which does kinda make me skeptic of the whole app. What kinda app dont have anywhere to locate customer support which makes the app sketchy but this app does have potential and great concept but until there is more options for payout I give the app ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because having multiple options for payment is a MUST!

We launched a month ago and are constantly building/improving the experience. Feedback like yours is so incredible helpful. In terms of what we're doing to address your concerns:
1. Support - in the next 2 weeks, we'll release an app update that very clearly states you can email support@hetalretail.com if you have any issues. This will be in the Profile section. If you click on support@hetalretail.com, it will open up your preferred email app.
2. Payments - over the next ~3 months, we will integrate a variety of additional payment services. We're evaluating PayPal and Cash App, and also considering Plaid, which will allow a user bank to connect their bank account for direct deposit.

I absolutely never expected this app to be so easy and you can make some good money if you are willing to go around to some stores. All you do is add your Venmo name and you get paid within a day or so. I forgot I even did it and then checked Venmo and my money was there. I am recommended this app to anyone who needs a quick buck. All I do is record store aisles they tell me to and then upload the videos and that’s it. My money follows up really quick. Download this app and watch your pockets fill up if you actually do the tasks they say. You won’t regret it ! Love it .
