- Choose your training "Gym" or "Home" or "Special" 
- Visit the food section to calculate your needs energy (Kcal, protein, carbohydrates and lipids) + personalized meals
- Choose your training frequency x3, x4 or x5 per week
- Choose your type of training Fullbody, Push-pull, half body, and many more ..
- And then start your training!

▪ Features:
- An illustration for each exercise to be performed and an alternative exercise (if the machine is busy or just to vary)
- Record the last loads used or the maximum number of repetitions performed for bodyweight exercises
- Number of sets & repetitions to perform
- Rest time and a timer defined for each exercise
- The current series
