Everybody wants to be close to their loved ones. But sometimes there’s just too much distance, making it impossible to hold that one special person. Until now. HEY bracelet lets you feel your loved one, no matter the distance. It’s the first wearable that’s able to mimic a real human touch. And by doing so, it adds a new dimension to relationships. From now on you are always closely connected to your loved one(s). Wherever they are. HEY creates an exclusive bond between lovers, parents and children, friends or anyone who wants to stay connected through touch.

In order to use your HEY bracelet you need the HEY app. After creating a HEY account in the app and connecting your smartphone and bracelet via Bluetooth, you can send and receive touches to and from other HEY users. The app is really easy to use and it’s free!

Free and easy-to-use app, tailor-made for the HEY bracelet
The HEY app lets you:
• Create a personal HEY account;
• Connect your smartphone with your HEY bracelet via Bluetooth;
• Setup your HEY bracelet;
• Send and receive invitations to get in touch with other HEY users;
• Send* and receive touches;
• Keep track of touches sent and received;
• Send touches including your location, so the receiver knows where you are.

*That means you can send touches if your HEY bracelet’s battery is empty. Woohoo!

Don’t work, don’t buy. They DO NOT REFUND PURCHASES!!!

My daughter bought these so while she’s in school in Australia we could be connected. While the idea is great the bracelets don’t work. We got them to pair for a full 5 minutes but couldn’t send touches to each other while we were sitting next to one another. We could send touches to ourselves and we can see location on where the other person is but no touch. Now they won’t work at all. Been playing with it for over an hour. There is no phone number only an email for customer service and they don’t tell you upon purchase that they will not refund money for defective devices or if your unhappy with the purchase. If we had known this we wouldn’t have risked spending the 130 bucks. Until this is more developed I wouldn’t even waste time or money. “Hey” developers let us know when you work out the bugs so we can maybe get our monies worth out of this purchase. Also there should be a light or a vibration when the bracelet turns on so you know if it’s on or in sleep mode. Very disappointed that the company is still selling relegate while the reviews are stating there are issues and bugs to work out. Feels like a scam when you can’t get your money returned or a phone number to speak to a live person. The company should fix there communication model.

I waited a whole week past my girl friends birthday and we were so excited when they finally came in. Failure number one being the length of time they took to come in ? Like honestly that’s unacceptable, nor did we actually get a notification or email letting us know they were on their way ? As a company that should be your number one priority. Secondly, we took about twenty minutes actually connecting them and they still worked for only one of us and or the both of us at the same time only for them to fail!!! After we both had ours working, give or take an hour of excruciating connectivity that failed numerous times. We were able to send ourselves touches. Hoorah right ? No, they FAILED INCESSANTLY to send touches to one another, we got the notifications in the timeline but never once did we feel the squeeze unless we did it to ourselves. You guys have had PLENTY of time to fix all of these problems considering all these ONE STAR reviews over the past year or so and not to forget the 130$ FEE with no REFUNDS whatsoever and you guys STILL fail to fix these minuscule problems ? Your company is a scam, fix your bracelets or stop putting them on the market.

Terrible! Waste of money 👎

I had got this bracelet for me and my best friend. Me and her were extremely excited when they came in! The packaging was very neat. But they’re wasn’t really any instructions on, nor in the box. Only in the app we’re some instructions, but still not really any instructions at all. You had to figure out what to do yourself for the most part. Once we had figured everything out it worked okish. Most times we had to open the app to send the gentle squeeze or the bracelets wouldn’t work:( We has fixed it most times but then mine disconnected and it still wont reconnect. I tried over and over to connect it. We charged the hey Bracelet for two whole hours and it wouldn’t work. I restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the hey app, but yet nothing. Very unhappy this was my best friends early birthday gift, and it was gonna be amazing, if had worked correctly. I’m not going to give up yet but I do expect something out of “HEY” to fix these issues. I don’t suggest buying these very expensive, broken, bracelets. Waste of money I will not ever waste $115 on something from this company again.
