I’m beyond vexed and disappointed
I’m leaving for four months and my fiancé and I got these to help alleviate the distance. Hers works fine, thank goodness. Mine, however, takes 15 minutes to connect. And once it is connected I can’t get a single “touch” from her. I’ve consulted the manual, rearranged how I wear it (positioning, tightness), and even googled to see if I am just not as smart as I hope I am. But I am beyond vexed that something that seems simple isn’t, and disappointed that it doesn’t work. The reason that it is still 2 stars is because I get to send touches to my fiancé.
Don’t work, don’t buy. They DO NOT REFUND PURCHASES!!!
My daughter bought these so while she’s in school in Australia we could be connected. While the idea is great the bracelets don’t work. We got them to pair for a full 5 minutes but couldn’t send touches to each other while we were sitting next to one another. We could send touches to ourselves and we can see location on where the other person is but no touch. Now they won’t work at all. Been playing with it for over an hour. There is no phone number only an email for customer service and they don’t tell you upon purchase that they will not refund money for defective devices or if your unhappy with the purchase. If we had known this we wouldn’t have risked spending the 130 bucks. Until this is more developed I wouldn’t even waste time or money. “Hey” developers let us know when you work out the bugs so we can maybe get our monies worth out of this purchase. Also there should be a light or a vibration when the bracelet turns on so you know if it’s on or in sleep mode. Very disappointed that the company is still selling relegate while the reviews are stating there are issues and bugs to work out. Feels like a scam when you can’t get your money returned or a phone number to speak to a live person. The company should fix there communication model.
I waited a whole week past my girl friends birthday and we were so excited when they finally came in. Failure number one being the length of time they took to come in ? Like honestly that’s unacceptable, nor did we actually get a notification or email letting us know they were on their way ? As a company that should be your number one priority. Secondly, we took about twenty minutes actually connecting them and they still worked for only one of us and or the both of us at the same time only for them to fail!!! After we both had ours working, give or take an hour of excruciating connectivity that failed numerous times. We were able to send ourselves touches. Hoorah right ? No, they FAILED INCESSANTLY to send touches to one another, we got the notifications in the timeline but never once did we feel the squeeze unless we did it to ourselves. You guys have had PLENTY of time to fix all of these problems considering all these ONE STAR reviews over the past year or so and not to forget the 130$ FEE with no REFUNDS whatsoever and you guys STILL fail to fix these minuscule problems ? Your company is a scam, fix your bracelets or stop putting them on the market.
