App needs work
I just bought the mars 2.0 was exited to use the app to find out it doesn’t have the proximity feature anymore it doesn’t show in my app and I’ve try to record my rides and doesn’t work doesn’t record anything try to put in my height and weight and doesn’t work either it only says check input I like the bike but hate the app Heybike needs to fix this or I don’t know if I’m the only one with this issue.
Application needs major revision
In the app there is a button for the following function
When ON, the throttle speed will be limited to the maximum speed in current PAS level.
When OFF the THROTTLE speed will NOT be limited to the maximum speed of the current PAS level.
At no time should PAS level speed exceed the PAS speed limit. This does happen when selection button in settings is OFF. Dangerous!
The auto on (daylight sensor activated) for the headlights functions even when the bike is off.
The odometer setting never ran a continuous sum of miles and will reset if firmware isn’t updated following an app update.
User top speed gauge on app doesn’t match bike top speed.
This app needs help.
This app just simply doesn’t work.
The app allows you to set the PAS range you want to use and to limit the top speed. The problem is neither setting actually affects the bike in any way. I set the max speed to 5mph and the throttle still hammers all the way to 28mph. The only thing the app does successfully is turn your bike on or off.
