One of the worse bank in Nepal banking sector i had ever seen . I had applied for the mobile banking and received the mail after 1 week of applying by doing to much follow up and mails . Still the user name and password didn’t get logged in ..🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
Need to improve
I had HBL app on older phone now got new phone but app doesn’t allow to sign in.I reside outside of Nepal. It really inconvenience. App it self doesn’t have enough functionality.
Outdated App
Apps is not updated and interface not properly working. In 2024 like this apps for banking really worst. Suggestion upgrade the apps with better function and features.
