It doesn’t work now
I’ve been playing this game for a long time, on my cellphone and on my iPad. All of a sudden, the one on my cellphone began to shut down immediately after the uploading. I tried it for some days, but since it was always with the same issue, I decided to uninstall it. Now I have the same problem on my iPad for days, and I don’t want to give up on it. Please, can you help me?
After I wrote this, it started working again, but I realized that I’m not connected to Facebook, and, if I try to do it, the game stops immediately.
Please, I need a response to my problem. Thanks.

Hello, I’m still waiting for a solution. I know that if something goes wrong, I can lose all my progress and that’s why it’s important to play connected to Facebook.
On Feb. 5th you asked for additional information and I provided them to you. On Mar. 25th I tried new contact, since I didn’t hear from you, and the same now. I don’t know what is going on, I just don’t want to lose any progress. Please, could you help me?

I have been playing this game since it first came out. I’m not very fast and I play whenever I get a chance. I haven’t completed all the cases yet, but only have a few left. I opened the game this morning, but had to close it because something came up. Now it won’t open at all. Tries to, but then goes back to my iPad homepage. Not sure what to do. Don’t want to delete and reinstall because I don’t want to lose what I’ve done and the gems and hints I have built up. I can’t contact support because I can’t get in the game to get id#. I tried contacting support thru app support, but says page doesn’t exist. I, of course, rebooted my iPad and then tried to open, but it wouldn’t open. I have given the game 3 stars. It really is fun and challenging. If I delete and reinstall and my progress is lost, I won’t play anymore. It is definitely my favorite game but ........I have never had any problems with this app, ever.
UPDATE: I didn’t realize that I was no longer connected to Facebook in this game. I connected to Facebook and it is opening perfectly now. I now give it five stars. Love this game!

Excellent customer service
I have been playing this game for at least a year. In all that time the game has worked perfectly. Recently, as we all know, the teapot in the sushi bar did not work. I am very pleased the developer fixed the issue very quickly and took the time to respond to everyone that wrote in about the problem.
Some players complain about the slowness of new quests. I find the Special Investigations engrossing between quests and keep my skills up. I know the quests are released when they are completed, giving the game developers time to make sure they are challenging and everything works. I appreciate the attention to detail, and savor the wait for the new quests as I know they will be fun and interesting.
A big thank you to the developers for all they do, and again, thank you for the very quick fix and response.
