This is my favorite all time game, I have played numerous Hidden Object games and some Word games, loved them, too, but this has taken over. It is about all I play and want to do when I get free time.The game is super fun and addicting! It can be played for free, or for a small amount, or spend more for faster progress. But there are issues frequently with how the game functions and most updates make it worse for the players. The most recent update has significantly reduced the amount of rewards one gets for the same efforts in several areas of the game. But changes have occured in this game throughout the years now. I keep playing, I just change what it is I go for or spend crystals or rubies on. In some ways the "improvements" in updates give more challenge and promote interesting changes in how one plays the game for optimal rewards and tournament cups. So, I play and am happy, regardless.The chat rooms are fun for those who like to chat while playing. But there are many glitches going on, too. It is hard to use it for many players much of the time lately.But with all its faults, it is still my favorite game.

I stopped playing other games because they were less interesting than Coastal Hill. I love the camaraderie with the general chat and the friends system. It is a game that I can enjoy with my sister, even though she lives 3000 miles away. That being said, the algorithms used by this developer do not foster loyalty in players. As soon as Adore noticed that I was willing to spend a little money in the game the prices increased exponentially. I splurged on a $25 offer — big mistake. Now I get nothing but $50 and $70 offers. Adore, I can and am willing to spend a few dollars, but I cannot and will not spend $50 on your game every week. I know that spending is optional. I would be more inclined to spend on cheaper packages, even if they do not include as many bonuses. Then there is Version 1.21.1 that was just released a few days ago. You can no longer help your friends by gifting weapons to them. The cost (in in-game currency) for some items have doubled, tripled, quadrupled, or more, depending on the player and some weird algorithm that Adore is using. So disappointing when I have been playing only 3 months. I thought that I would be able to enjoy this game for a long time. Instead I am wondering if I will be able to sustain my interest after this latest update.

Love this game But TECH support disappoints!

This game is the best… fun, always something to do, chat rooms available for asking game questions and visiting, but when something goes wrong, ADORE shirkes it’s responsibilities. Glitches happen often in the game, and sometimes after people have spent money for upgrades (VIP) and/or after many of our resources have been used playing but tech support does nothing to apologize or make amends. It’s so bad, that if you write and ask for help, you're more likely to be ignored, than anything else. A couple weeks ago they made some big upgrades and the roll out was a tough one, lots of glitches and updates needed. During one of those updates I never received my winnings for my guild’s top ranking in the tournament and I have written 4 letters with screenshots as proof, but still no resolution. So please, play this wonderful game, but do so knowing that tech support is primarily a figment of your imagination and help from them is non-existent.

This had been one of the best hide and seek games I had ever played. The first few weeks….then I noticed that after playing a new location about 5-7 times, you became an “expert”. More objects and harder to find. So you needed to use tools. Tools were not that hard to get, so I didn’t have to spend money. Fun locations and a great Guild had me really enjoying myself for almost a month. I even spent a little money buying some extra stuff. Then the “bait n switch” happened. With each new update, locations needed more items to open it up. Keys to unlock which became harder and harder to get. But, if you spent more money, it was easier. Special deals that were offered every time you opened the game. No biggy, just ignore. Then another update. More restrictions if you didn’t want to spend more money. This last update was the very worse. They increased the price of everything you could purchase with gems or game coins. They wouldn’t let us request tools from our friends anymore. You have to find them or buy them. Why so greedy Adore? I know you will respond to my review like you have to EVERYONE who has complained that it’s costing too much to advance in the game. You’ll say “It’s a free game”. Like we are idiots who don’t know that we downloaded it for free. Like we are too stupid to see that, sure we can play a limited amount of time for free. Never advance, never help our team though. No, you don’t make us spend money. We’re just punished if we don’t. Keep telling yourself “It’s free”, all the way to your bank.

The essence of the flexible pricing model lies in the fact that the prices vary depending on the number of already accumulated amulets by a player. Thus, if you want to lower the cost, you should use the available amulets at first. We hope for your kind understanding.
