Visible camera detector is a false added feature

An iPhone is able to view hidden cameras (emitting infrared (IR) light) right out of the box.
Selling this feature as an upgrade is fraudulent. If all you are using this app for is to detect IR, then take your iPhone and use the selfie camera to find light sources in the non-visible spectrum. Don’t waste your money on this.

Developer Response ,

This would be fraudant if we are selling this as exclusive feature claiming only be detectable through app. But thats not the case. App has all the mechanism you can detect hidden camera, let it be magnetometer scanning or infrared detector. Not just that we are launching wireless and bluetoth camera detection mechanism with proper guide. App will be bundle of all mechanism to detect hidden camera using sensors and also with all tips and tricks not only to detect camera but how to take precuation. If you came to know that you can detect IR camera after using this app, wont you give credit to the app apart from magnetometer scanning feature? If you have discuss further we can have email conversation.

App doesn’t work as specified

I purchase this app looking to detect and find hidden cameras.

It didn’t work. The app use the forward facing camera instead of the back facing camera is specified.

As soon as I installed and opened the app. The has been beeping uncontrollably at everything with pause.

I highly doubt that this app is detecting anything of any significants.

I turned the camera towards myself and continued to beep.

I guess I have a hidden camera embedded in me I don’t know about....smh

Developer Response ,

Hi, app uses front camera because apple has applied IR filter on back cameras.

There are 2 different ways to detect camera. First uses magentic sensor and 2nd detects infrared camera. Please visit futureappstech.in for how to use app or you can use know more option within the app.

Please let us know in case of further issue.

Infrared detector does not work

The iPhone back camera(opposite the screen side) has an infrared filter. The app uses the back camera so you can never detect infrared with this app. The front camera(screen side) does not have a filter and you can see the infrared light from a remote control without the use of this app.

Developer Response ,

Please update the app. This issue has been resolved in version 1.2. If helps, please update comments.
